The high-speed electric spindle assembled with it has the advantages of high speed, high rigidity, high power, and long life. High temperature resistance: The thermal expansion coefficient of ceramic balls is small. At high temperatures, the bearing balls will not expand due to temperature fluctuations. This greatly improves the operating temperature of the entire bearing. The temperature of ordinary bearings is generally around 160°C. Ceramic balls can reach above 220℃. Ceramic balls have oil-free self-lubricating properties, and the friction coefficient of ceramic balls is small, so ceramic ball bearings have high rotation speeds.
